I'm Karthik Thirumuruganathan — a Senior Program Manager with 12+ years leading multi-million-dollar enterprise digital programs. I think in systems. I lead programs by understanding what can break, what needs to scale, and what the team actually needs to ship with confidence.
My path has taken me from technical support to SAP consulting to Scrum mastery to enterprise program leadership. Each chapter taught me something the previous one couldn't — and each one made me a better architect of delivery.

What I'm Exploring Now
Currently pursuing AI Governance certifications (ISO 42001, IAPP AIGP) to bridge the gap between AI capability and responsible enterprise deployment. I believe the next generation of program leaders won't just ship AI — they'll govern it.
